Following the success of the Nokia 3310 relaunch at MCW17, HMD have gone retro again and are relaunching the Nokia 8110, the slider phone! The 1996 device became famous for being used in the 1999 film ‘The Matrix’ & has now been brought forward to 2018.

Impressively, the 8110 (4G) 2018 device is a 4G enabled phone, whereas the 3310 (2017) was only a 3G enabled device. The 8110 (4G) offers a 2.4” screen, 512MB RAM, 4GB storage, 2MP rear camera & an impressive 1,5000 mAh battery.

HMD, Nokia’s new home as of 2017 also announced an additional 4 smart-phones at MCW18, the Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6 & the Nokia 1.
